Headquarters Brown Bag Lunch
USU Headquarters staff are invited to attend a brown bag lunch from 1pm-2pm in the 1st floor boardroom this Wednesday, February 8th.
We will be discussing the recent settlement with AFSCME regarding recovery time for HQ staff while on deployment or extended campaigns.
Additionally, we will discuss ways to start organizing across all units in our union around key issues for the upcoming contract negotiations.

Help Needed on Website
Right now the website team is made up completely of Headquarters staff, primarily because they were who I could corner and demand assistance from.
If you are in the field or field support units, we would love your help and input. It’s important that your issues and perspectives are represented.
Please reach out to me if you can help write content for the USU website so that it reflects and serves our entire membership.
