Pain in the Neck
Did you know that AFSCME offers a free consultation with an ergonomics specialist? Long hours in front of your computer and often in makeshift field office can leave to carpal tunnel syndrome, neck pains, and back pains.
Nip it in the bud!
Contact your administrative assistant or Shakeem Boone in Human Resources to schedule an appointment with an ergonomic specialist who will assess your posture and how you work so that you can avoid health issues.

Call for 2017 Nominations!
This is a call for nominations for the following union positions:
- Bargaining team (two positions each in the Field Professional, Field Support and Headquarters units);
- President;
- Vice President-Chief Steward (one position each in the Field Professional, Field Support and Headquarters units);
- Secretary-Treasurer;
- Recording Secretary; Trustee (three positions)
Nominations are open until January 17, 2017.
